Registration

Upon completing the registration process a $50.00 deposit will be required. A schedule will be decided and a tuition agreement will be drawn up. Extended hours are available.

The Montessori curriculum does work best and it is recommended to attend 5 days a week. However, other schedules may be chosen. Children may come 3, 4 or 5 days a week and there is a half day dismissal at 11:30, a dismissal after lunch at 1:00pm and a 3:00pm dismissal at the end of our school day.

Tuition

Tuition payment is made the first of each month. There are ten equal payments to complete the school years full tuition (Sept. 1st till June 1st). Late notices will be sent out and a dollar a day will be charged for anyone late after the fifth of the month. Tuition, when possible should be mailed to the school, 4102 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. The teacher will not be responsible for tuition payments. Please, if you are unable to mail the payment, hand it directly to Cathy Miglionico or Marykay Welsh.

A tuition agreement will be sent home after registration or when the new school year begins. This is also when general information sheets and medical forms will be sent out.

Other schedules are available and tuition payments can be adjusted. If an occasional additional half day needs to be added the cost is $30.00 and the cost is $50.00 for an extra full day.

Dr. Maria Montessori

"There is a great sense of community within the Montessori classroom, where children of differing ages work together in an atmosphere of cooperation rather than competitiveness. There is respect for the environment an for the individuals within it, which comes through experience of freedom within the community."
